why we not use a Aluminum for fire doors ?

of the melting points of

aluminum

and GI (Galvanized Iron) sheet:

Material Melting Point (°C) Notes
Aluminum                 660°C Pure aluminum melts at a relatively low temperature.
GI Sheet           1425–1540°C GI sheets are made of steel (iron + carbon) coated with zinc. Steel has a high melting point, while zinc melts at ~420°C. The steel core determines the overall melting point.

As per Is 3614 material to be tested on 1029 degrees Celsius
